Who We Are
Uttara Land Sdn Bhd is a Kuala Lumpur-based property developer and an affiliate of the Franky Group — a Malaysian construction group with over 40 years of experience and more than RM3 billion in completed projects.
Incorporated on 21 September 2011, Uttara Land Sdn Bhd is focused on a single conviction: urban living and nature are not trade-offs. Our developments prioritise green space, wellness amenities, and timeless design — features chosen because they remain relevant and valuable for decades, not because they follow short-lived market trends.

A collaboration between Uttara Land Sdn Bhd and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) ensured that the transformation of Jinjang Selatan Tambahan did not come at the expense of the people who had long called it home.
