Who We Are
Uttara Land Sdn Bhd is a Kuala Lumpur-based property developer and an affiliate of the Franky Group — a Malaysian construction group with over 40 years of experience and more than RM3 billion in completed projects.
Incorporated on 21 September 2011, Uttara Land Sdn Bhd is focused on a single conviction: urban living and nature are not trade-offs. Our developments prioritise green space, wellness amenities, and timeless design — features chosen because they remain relevant and valuable for decades, not because they follow short-lived market trends.
